Jauffret Rouby
Jauffret’s career has taken him around the world, from Australia to Saint-Barthélemy by way of Europe. Everywhere, the same common thread: the art of hospitality.
A former Club Med department manager, he made hospitality his profession before it became his calling. In 2023, he founded JR Properties to bring these high standards to owners in the region.
Today, hospitality remains at the heart of every stay: an attentive presence, an eye for detail, and the determination to make every booking a memorable experience.
